HSRDataContentProvider, MeshContentProvider failed to process asset because 'could not fetch'

Hello..
Recently there has been a huge influx of annoying avatar related bugs infesting my game.

I need to know first off:

Is the PBR errors caused by the fact there are decals over the actual mesh? So the surfaceappearance isn’t loading? Is it because of a viewportframe previewing?
Why is the MeshContentProvider & HSRDataContentProvider constantly failing to load assets but eventually do?? Why are these errors happening omggg??//
Is it because the assets weren’t uploaded to the game’s group? If that’s true, why do they load in-game?
Why is the game super slow in loading characters sometimes? I’ve never seen this before nor struggled with it before, only now?

And if this specific sequence of my characters constantly refreshing in-game is related to the above errors?
The sequence below is showing how for about 1-2 seconds, rigid/welded baseparts disappear, then layered clothing, then they re-appear. Is this due to the fact I have a script modifying a basepart’s textureid inside the character? Is that why it’s always refreshing? Is there a way to prevent?

This is very tiring and it’s affecting the game and I think the character refreshes are also affecting performance :frowning: It happens randomly too!
