FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I drive a bus?
- To drive a bus simply join one of the operators teams then walk to wherever the bus spawn buttons are located once there a popup will show prompting you to press/hold a button to spawn a bus. (some operators may require you to join the group)
2. Why won't the bus spawn even though I'm clicking spawn?
- In some cases the spawner could be broken but most times it will be because you do not own a gamepass as some of our bigger vehicles or more exclusive vehicles require you to own a gamepass or rank to drive.
3. How do I spawn a bus?
- To spawn a bus you simply walk upto the bus spawn bays and hold "E", "X" on Xbox or hold down the screen on mobile and the bus should spawn within 2-5 seconds if it doesn't spawn that spawner could require a gamepass, certain rank or it is broken.
4. How do I purchase a gamepass?
- You can find all gamepasses in the games store page on roblox.com or in game when trying to spawn a gamepass vehicle. We may also introduce an in game store eventually if it's wanted.
5. How do I become a mod/admin?
- Every now and then we will open up applications which almost any trusted member can enter and apply for a moderator role where they will then get staff privileges after completing a probationary period of training IF your application is accepted that is.
6. How can I appeal my ban?
- Currently bans are irreversible as we do not have a method for appealing bans. The only way you can be unbanned is if the ban was a temporary ban in that case the ban will automatically end after a few days to a few months.
7. How do I report a player?
- You can report members to any HRs in the Hucknall, Nottingham City Transport and South West Buses servers please be sure to provide photo or video evidence before reporting someone and ensure their username is in the evidence otherwise we wont have enough proof to enforce what you have reported.
8. Where can I make a suggestion?
- You can make game suggestions in the official Hucknall discord server.
