Humanoid Root Part moving instead of Torso?

Hello sometimes when i reset in my game the torso of my character becomes like the main part and the humanoid root part becomes the one that gets animated somehow. I dont have any scripts that mess with welds or anything. RootPriority of the humanoid root part is 127 but i also tried 0

this makes the animations look goofy because the torso is just stuck in place and idk what could be causing this, it happens randomly after i reset

Also from my testing (about 30 sessions) it doesn’t happen in studio, only happens in-game

apparently it was some random ball socket constraint that was in my starter character which was just a normal rig with a remote event. I removed the constraint and it seems to be working fine now
