I am confused why this image is moderated

This is not a bug report nor a complaint, just a question about the roblox website

Hello people once again, today i woke to an account warning on my developement account. I remember uploading 4 twitter icons that day and i got one moderated

It stated:

When using Roblox, you may not link to any external websites or services, except for: Guilded, YouTube, Facebook, Discord, Twitter, and Twitch. Links to any of those approved sites must be wrapped in the applicable Policy API or listed in the Social Networks and Social Links settings of your profile or experience description page. Links that appear in locations where the API cannot be deployed are prohibited.

It confused me because:

  1. The twitter is allowed according to the statement.
  2. Other games are allowed to use twitter codes for their games.
  3. I have never worked before with the Policy API or whatever they’re talking about. I do not know how to use it but it might an api that can help me prohibit the visual of the icon for countries who don’t allow it and <13.
  4. The game is private.

Did the twitter ‘image’ have your twitter account info in it? That is not allowed.

You can only provide the twitter account link in the social links section of the game because <13 players are not allowed to see it.

No,

I retrieved the twitter icon from FeatherIcons. It was .SVG and i converted it into a .PNG and inverted the colors.
I made a few mistakes when uploading the icon so i uploaded it 4 times but the icon that seems to be moderated is the last one (which is also the one i used).

Lots of simulators have twitter codes in their game and my game was private.

Think I had something similar happen but I appealed and the image was restored. I would suggest you do the same. You can send Roblox an email at support.roblox.com or send a PM to @Mod_Review_Requests. If it doesn’t get restored you can also ask for clarification.
