I am eligible to publish to all ages, however the check says otherwise

Okay so, when I click on the “Enroll for expedited review” pay button, it says me the content maturity rating is assigned well, however my account can not publish to all ages. When I click on the button next to it “Manage” it takes me to [Creator Dashboard](Publishing Permissions), where in “Publish to all ages” tab is everything check marked and fine.

Expected behavior

Well when I click on the “Pay” button, it should let me purchase the enroll for expedited review for 100,000 Robux, because I am eligible to do so.

Your account is eligible to publish for all ages, but I guess Roblox forgot to mention the publishing fee as one of the requirements as well, I guess.
