Summary
I believe the account-association system may incorrectly associate independently owned accounts after temporary access on the same device.
Observed behavior
Two Roblox accounts that were owned by different individuals appeared to become associated after one account was briefly accessed on the same laptop in 2024. Later, the second account received a moderation based on that association.
I cannot verify Roblox’s internal systems, and it is possible the observed behavior is intended. I am submitting this as a potential platform issue in case it is useful for investigation.
Expected behavior
If account association is used for enforcement, it should distinguish between temporary device access and long-term account ownership so that independently owned accounts are not associated solely because of brief access to the same device. Where appropriate, there should be a way to manually verify an association before enforcement is applied.
The provided image shows my account iii_Creta moderation, the issue here is that it says i was moderated on 2024 while i was playing till august of 2025 and on august 16 i received this enforcement ban (i might be the first case of enforcement ban). I tried to explain my situation to roblox support and appeal team yet got rejected saying its past the 30 day window while i had appealed in the 30 day window, they ignored me for the most part and kept saying i had not appealed during the ‘fair’ window.
