I have been trying to upload this audio for my game but it keeps removing it, telling me that it “violates Roblox Terms of Use”, at this point im just wasting my monthly audio uploads.

This audio doesen´t violate the Terms of Use, and i have also heard this audio in a lot of games.
I have tried from adding more effects to lowering the audio volume, but it keeps removing it, and i cant appeal becouse the option to do it doesen´t exist.
Is there anything i can do to upload it? It´s really necessary for my game, so i cant replace it with something else.
You’re better off remixing the entire track. You need entirely new metadata, maybe even to change the file type. Their moderation systems are terrible. I would know… My account is currently banned for 7 days because their AI moderation suddenly didn’t like an american flag decal I uploaded 8 years ago. Apparently the forum site doesn’t kick you off if you’re banned though, which is strange but at least I can come complain.
It sadly didn’t work, i completly remade the audio and changed the file type to .wav but it still got deleted.
I guess i’ll just try to find something similar than i can use, anyways, thanks for trying to help!
Shame that didn’t help. Their systems are horrible, the worst on the internet, for moderation across the board. I develop a lot of railroad stuff, so I have a terrible time trying to get audios through sometimes. I’ve had audios I recorded myself of engines running and air compressors get flagged for copyrighted music. I’ve also had many, many flags similar to yours where they don’t like that a train horn is apparently “loud obnoxious pointless noise”.
Guess I can’t be shocked, considering I’ve got 6 days left on my ban for an american flag I uploaded a decade ago that is apparently terrorism (that was their reason). Still funny that my account is banned but not on devforum.
