A few weeks ago, I enabled the Dynamic Price Check in my game’s settings to check my prices. ever since then, I’ve tried to disable this setting, and it just stays looped on the image shown above, to the left. as a result of this, I cannot buy any Developer Products in my game. I have even left my computer on intentionally for hours, and it was still stuck on this screen.
(This is not a third party product, it is under the same game/group.)
that endless loading modal is a backend dashboard API state lock.
try two things:
open an incognito window or clear browser cache to refresh ur web session token. if web UI is still frozen, open the place in Studio → Game Settings → Developer Products, and try editing/saving the price directly there to force an update.
if both fail, only staff can clear the stuck backend flag via ur attached private log.
