I can not buy ad credits with my credit card anymore?

the first ad campaign i bought was 2 months ago with my credi card but now that i want to create another campaig, i just cant and i dont FREAKING know why

  • yes, i am 18
  • the ad campaign that i bought previously disappeared from the transactions history
  • also i cannot create the ad i want for a group game, ( im using another roblox account ) which ofc has all permissions to create ads campaigns
  • ofc roblox had to mess this up.

I recommend filing a bug report for the disappearing from transition history, but I’ll also @kayakrivers who works on the Ads Manager. Maybe they can jump in here
