I can see the inside of hats in blender

Hello! Today i was making a GFX (…or well trying to) until i noticed that i can see trough the hat. I haven’t faced this issue before. What do i do?

And it’s just not this hat, its on every hat i believe

I think I know how to fix this. So, on the bottom of the screen on to the right, (bottom to the right), you will see 4 options, and try to click through those. Maybe you have made a mistake by pressing on that. If you press on one of those buttons on accident, it will happen on every hat.

On the bottom right? Sorry if i’m being dumb here, but i don’t see any more buttons. I’n using Blender 2.93.0

Go into edit mode > select all the geometry by pressing A > press Ctrl + N to recalculate the normals.

I know this topic has already been marked as “solved”, but I would still like to publicly share the proper solution for this problem. This weird issue actually does not have anything to do with the normals and instead the material is causing the problem here to occur. In order to fix this issue you must do the following:

Once your mesh has been imported you must first go to it’s Material Properties. (Found on the right)
Then you open the tab labeled “Settings” and you look for a property named “Blend Mode”.
Change the setting from Alpha Blend to Opaque and this should solve it.
