So recently my explorer has just decided to enter full screen and I have no idea how to resize or move the window as the window title bar is off the screen, I cannot move it anywhere, Please help?

yeah just press the button that does the thing that fixes your problem try also closing studio 5 times to fix it
I can’t see it in the recording but from the top of the screen you should be able to ̶d̶r̶a̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶w̶i̶n̶d̶o̶w̶,̶ ̶w̶h̶i̶c̶h̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶r̶e̶s̶i̶z̶e̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶n̶o̶r̶m̶a̶l̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶’̶l̶l̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶r̶o̶p̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶b̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶i̶t̶’̶s̶ ̶o̶r̶i̶g̶i̶n̶a̶l̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶c̶e̶.̶
I imagine what you’ve done is accidentally dragged the window to the top of your display which has fullscreened it.
EDIT:
Having another look at the recording I don’t think the top of the Explorer window is visible to you at all (which ofc is where you drag from). If your device uses 100% Display Scale, and not 125% or anything it’s odd that you can’t see it there, if you’re really not able to see it at all it may be worth resetting studio settings completely: File > Studio Settings > Reset All Settings (bottom left)
