I can't access my game's Studio

Roblox moderators sent me an email asking me to update the chat system in my game to comply with TextChatService and FilterStringAsync. Normally, I would access my game through Roblox Studio, but I am currently unable to connect to my game.

Video recording related to the issue. As you can see in the video, when I try to connect to the experience through Roblox Studio—the same experience that the admin told me to update to comply with FilterStringAsync—it gets stuck on “Setting Up Server.” However, when I click on a different game, I can enter it through Roblox Studio without any issues.

One of my other games was previously taken down for “Misusing Roblox Systems.” Normally, after the Roblox moderator gave me this response, I should have been allowed to access my game through Roblox Studio.

Expected behavior

I want to regain access to my game’s Studio.

I was able to resolve the issue preventing me from accessing my game through Studio by working with an admin who responded to my support ticket. I’m currently waiting for my game to be reactivated. I hope it will be restored as soon as possible.
