So my co-developer and I recently created a game called Become a Trillionaire, and we set the genre to simulation. We didn’t know what subgenre it fell into at the time so we left it blank. Now thought, we have found that the game falls under the ‘Tycoon’ subgenre of simulation, but we can’t change it until October. For some reason every time I go to open a support ticket a weird ai window comes up, and the ticket does not go through, I can’t see any confirmation of the ticket on my email like I used to.
documentation says you can only change your game’s genre every 3 months. It is strange they mention nothing about changing subgenres (they probably do, but i can’t be bothered to read the entire thing)
roblox is known for automating tickets so it’s unlikely you’ll heard a response from a real person or any sort of action being taken
i know it sucks, but I think your best bet is to just wait until october 27.
