I can't give out custom ranks in Adonis

  1. What do you want to achieve?
    I want to give custom ranks to users using Adonis in the game itself

  2. What is the issue?
    I can’t give out custom ranks with Adonis in the game unless I type the player username in Roblox Studio in advance. Is it possible to change this somehow?

  3. What solutions have you tried so far?
    Answers not on my topic
