So I can’t login to Studio, no matter what I try. This issue started happening a week ago, and I thought it was a bug, so I waited a few days, and now I’m still having the same issue.
SOLUTIONS I HAVE TRIED:
uninstalled and reinstalled studio many times
ran studio as admin
tried to use a vpn for studio
tried to change default web browsers
restarted computer and wifi router
logged out of all other sessions and logged back in
allowed roblox/studio through the firewall and turned off antivirus
tried to login using a different account
tried deleting the Roblox folder C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local
contacted roblox support (not helpful in solving this issue)
This is the message I get whenever I try to login. I’ve clicked “try again” and “login via brower” and still get this message every time. This message happens no matter what login option I choose!
Also, I’ve checked my login sessions, and it says “Unknown Device” I am using Windows 10. I can also access the creator dashboard on the website perfectly fine; I just can’t login to Studio at all.
How do I fix this so I can login to Studio? Please do not respond with a solution that is listed above that I’ve already tried.

I have fixed the issue by factory resetting my PC.
Reset your computer. Its highly due to a third-party file that is colliding with Roblox’s files. Unless you find what file does that I’d suggest you to reset
i had this problem, it can fix itself overtime at times but when it’s just broken like that you need to login through edge or change your default browser and then restart pc then try it, some odd reason roblox forces me to use edge or a different browser that i’m not even logged in from that’s why it’s saying login failed for me. you can test this out btw by clicking login through browser option and see what browser it’s trying to use and see if you were logged in from it if not then that’ll confirm this being the issue. Also to stop having to relogin like this just use quick login method so you don’t have to type so much.
Yeah, I just tried everything you said, and I’m still getting the same message. It’s weird; I don’t know why this is happening. I hope it will just fix itself over time; this has been happening for a week now.
Changing my password will not fix this issue because it’s a Studio specific issue.
I can login to my account on other devices/websites perfectly fine, just not Studio.
I am still having this issue of where I can’t login to Studio no matter what I do. It’s been happening for 2 weeks now. I have tried every solution possible and still get this error message every time.
Can someone help me or get a staff member to see this post, please?
I did what you said; I changed the default web brower to (Edge), restarted my computer, reinstalled Studio, and tried to “login via browser” but still got the same error message as the screenshot in the post.
Also, I never receive the verification code when I try to login to Studio. Meaning it’s not even attempting to log me in. (as I stated in the post)
Ok, so I tried to login to Studio with a different account and still got the same error as in the screenshot.
Also, I tried to login on my laptop (windows 10) and I am able to login to Studio on my main account on my laptop but I can’t login at all on my main Desktop computer.
This means that something or some file on my main computer is broken, causing me not being able to login to studio at all on my main PC.
The only fix I can think of is to factory reset my main PC, which I really don’t want to do at all as I have a lot of important files and other stuff on it.
This is really weird, and I can’t find out what is causing me to not be able to login at all on Studio. Any help or solutions you have is appreciated.
