I can't see my own made animations, but my friend (the scripter)

I have a problem in my game and I looked it up on youtube, but nothing was helpfull.

So the problem is, I made animations for my game, but I can’t see them, but my friend (the scripter) can see it. I make them like this:

I use my own avatar and the normal roblox animation editor, this one:

Is the problem in the script or how I make the animations?
We already tried to do alot with the script, so the problem is probably not in the script. Maybe because my friend uploaded the animations to his account and thats why only he can see it, but I can’t because I didn’t upload them to my account. Btw we joined the game on a alt account to test, but also the alt account didnt see the animations.

Anyone know what’s wrong?

animations are only visible to the uploader at first, if the ids and scripts are correct, you will be able to see them while you are in the game, if you still cannot see them, there may be an error in the scripts or the animation may be incorrectly exported or not exported. hope this helps
