I can't send emails to roblox

I am the owner of this experience 17570762146, and it was classified as 17+ because it included alcohol. However, I have removed alcohol from the experience, but Roblox still marks my game as 17+. To make matters worse, I can’t send an email to them because every time I try, I encounter an error. I don’t know what else to do since, if this continues, my game will die.

→ Roblox has an inaccurate restriction on my experience.
→ Roblox: I can’t contact support because it simply gives an error.

Go back in and refill the form.

To do this follow these steps:
Configure this Experience → Audience → Maturity and Compliance
There you should be able to send a new request.

Now for emailing Roblox go to the support page and fill out the form. Then they will send you an automated message telling you your email was received and to wait.
