That’s right—it’s completely blocked, and many things are heavily restricted, even when using a VPN!

Same , I cannot access Roblox website normally , and I will see this when I try open roblox.com (there is no extensions installed).
And the private server is forever doesn’t load.
What can I do for now without using Proton VPN? (only solution for now).
Probably nothing. Use a VPN and leave it be till you see it being fixed. Read more about VNG and I’m shocked to say the least. I thought China had it bad with the regulations.

Using Proton VPN is the only temporary way to resolve the situation of Roblox being banned in Vietnam (but you will randomly logged out in the Roblox Website and you will guaranteed logged out in the Roblox Application)
Hm. Is this happening on your account that was connected to roblox without VPN? Not sure how I can really help but you could try making a new account with vpn and see if it still happens
I always need a VPN to just connect to roblox website , this always happen even i create a account with VPN and then log in (note that this account is created using VPN)

This blocking method originates from Roblox’s use of Cloudflare, not from the Vietnamese government; if the Vietnamese government were blocking it, the result would look different. Furthermore, this type of block significantly impacts those who want to play the game—including those using VPNs to do so.

It’s not cloudflare if it’s perfectly fine for everyone else. Also a quarter of the web uses cloudflare it’s not some mystical roblox made service.

Roblox uses Cloudflare, and they have deliberately configured it to block traffic coming from Vietnam! I’m not saying everyone is affected—I’m talking about users in Vietnam; if you aren’t in Vietnam, then this isn’t an issue for you.

Are you trying to use the international roblox app or website? You might be forced to use the VNG version sadly
I can still use VPN to use global version (use Proton VPN) and it’s still very well (yeah I can still access DevForum , Creator Hub without VPN somehow but I cant access Roblox website normally)
Devforum and creator hub isn’t blocked because (I’m guessing here) it complies with Vietnam’s laws I assume(no violence, not a gaming website). And the main roblox website is blocked because roblox does not comply with the strict laws Vietnam has imposed. Roblox VN is just roblox with a way stricter game catalog etc. that complies with your laws. Just like China has luobu for roblox.
Note that I can still access some games not licensed in Vietnam without a VPN using a global Roblox account (though some games block all attempts originating from Vietnam).
though it might work if you point the dns record to roblox’s old IP address through host file, before they got the cloudflare thing, which was 128.116.115.3 or something or maybe 44.197.17.243 depending on where you were
write it like this:
128.116.115.3 www.roblox.com
but do your own research, you don’t want to trust random ppl’s instruction on what to do with your host file
