I was generating a large piece of terrain for my world using ROBLOX’s terrain generator (no plugins were used), I generated my terrain and I got this repeating terrain which is circled as shown:
In summary, I just want to make it so that the terrain doesn’t repeat itself when I make large amounts of terrain like this and I want help fixing my terrain generation.
I have tried making the seed longer once, increasing biome size, and decreasing biome size, none of them got me close to fixing the problem, so please would some kind soul help me stop my terrain from repeating in generation.
I assume that he put the exact same information. Then, it seems to me that the terrain is cramped. cuz idk how far is his camera away from the terrain, but it doesn’t seem 10k studs.
cuz it seems to me that this is a bug that happens because of the combination of what you want it to generate, so my guess is changing some factor would fix the problem. You can post a bug report for this problem as well, referring to 2 result sreenshots.
My camera in that post was extremely far away from the terrain, as you can see since it all looks like playdough. At the bottom left tho you can see how the closest terrain to me is far more detailed than further out chunks. The map most def seemed like 10k studs when I was flying around.
