So I’ve done multiple ads, and decided to run one for bigger money because I thought it was really good. The money I put into it was 5300, but got an CTR of only about 0,27 %. What could be wrong?

I like that the ad is proportional. But the colors of the text and the background seem somewhat similar. So I suggest using either white text/or bright text color. You also did a very good job by addressing the customer and using the customer language. I just feel like adding a humanoid makes the ad more relevant. Either by adding a humanoid/ or a burger. Try making your ad stand out a bit. (by doing that you are giving reasons for the customer to be interested into your ad) Resive the logo to be a bit smaller. NEVER use a background main color that has similar color as your text and logo. Try using complementary colors or try using a darker color of the text color to make the text stand out more then the background. At the end of the day these are just some of my ideas. I hope you get a better CTR next time!
I would try much less text and a large image of a worker that takes up 90% of the background. Then I would make the colors have more contrast but not be too oversaturated.
