I just started joining completely empty servers today for some reason, I don't know why

So today I came across an issue which i don’t know if it because of my Wi-Fi but I connect to empty servers as shown here:


I have still been able to join actually filled public servers but for me, joining an empty one is what happens for me around 50% of the time.
I don’t know if it is just me either so I would like to know what is going on.

Expected behavior

I should be able to join a public server that at least has someone else there every time I try to join the game

We are seeing this bug occur on Adopt Me as well with many player reports coming in via our socials. Additionally, we’re seeing a noticeable increase in total server count from our internal analytics.
