I’m not sure if this has happens to anyone by I get semi-daily roblox and studio updates, what is this about? Is there something so important that needs to be fixed so often then in the same studio session it wants me to update? I’m also confused at this because I remember that roblox said that after an update (I’m pretty sure already passed), studio and roblox clients will update in the background. I would just like to know why this isn’t implemented already, thank you. (Sorry I just had to rant)

But what about the background updates not happening? Also is studio updating to have games automatically have exploit prevent in them (w?)?
where did you see that roblox would update in the background?

I did happen to see it update without it actually opening the update installer when they released the “High-Contrast Dark mode theme”…

true, now that u mention it i remember the new gen explorer being pushed onto us without the installer opening

I get like 10 daily roblox updates, it’s about 20 minutes interval, before that “Update available - Do you want to restart Roblox Studio now?” appears. I can skip it though so there’s no problem

It’s called a FFlag. The updates that they’re pushing are likely new features, but aren’t enabled by default.
