If they’re all going to be on billboards, I suggest making the test for the first Ad opaque instead of transparent on the inside, as it makes it easier to read.
For the Second Ad, you really need to place this really big and close to the Player, otherwise they’ll hardly be able to read the handwriting on the Ad. Either increase the text size or change the font.

This looks very good! Nice job on it! I’d put color in the “Skatevillee” text though, since it being transparent makes it harder to read/notice. I’d also make the cursive text in the second image NOT cursive since it’s harder to read.
