One of my staff members designed an artwork of herself for a t shirt, but when I uploaded it, my account was disabled and it was said I violated community guidelines with no further information.
I am unsure if this process is automatic or if the person reviewing the image was blind, but It would be appreciated if ANYONE could help me figure out what to change so that I don’t have the issue again. Please direct me to where I should report this if not here. She worked very hard on it, and now my account has been disabled temporarily for no reason. (This is the asset)
It’s japanese and it says exactly what it says on the front of the card.
“Midori”
and it means green.
That wasn’t an issue in the asset title and description.
This could be a mistake on Roblox’s end. I’d recommend contacting Roblox Support via Email as soon as possible and giving them a detailed information about your situation, this is the email [support-en@roblox.com] and here is the Roblox page if you have an alternate account you are using for now [Support]. Let’s hope you get your situation sorted.
I’ve had this same problem too when I upload images of something that has a different language on it that translates to something appropriate. There’s not really any way to fix this. It’s just Roblox’s Moderation System.
