So I was making some terrain on my game, and I wondered how much it will affect the performance on all devices. My map is fully consisted of the terrain being of Grass material. It is 8000 studs wide on the X and Y axis and FilteringEnabled is on. Can someone tell me if this will affect the performance of the game on all devices?
Terrain has become a lot more optimized over the years. It should work well in most devices. However, adding physics-related things that have to interact with the terrain will cause potential lag based on how you program its interactions.
