This is telling you that out of all the players who are on an iPad Air, 27% of them have crashed in your game.
Let’s say you have 1000 players in your game. 100 of them are on an iPad Air. In a given play session, 27 of them will crash.
If you’re asking why, this is basically because lower end devices have trouble playing modern Roblox games. It is possible your game is simply too system intensive for some lower end devices. This device was released on November 1st, 2013. The users are most likely crashing because there device simply can’t handle it. You could try optimizing that further, but honestly it’s going to be pretty difficult to cater to all lower end devices. For nostalgia purposes I tried playing Roblox on an old iPhone 5s awhile ago. Didn’t turn out too well, I crashed in the majority of games.

Theoretically, out of every 100 iPad Air users, 27% of them should crash. However, we all know Roblox statistics are sometimes very off, and you should never rely on that.
I’d recommend optimizing server & client data usage & code, so this will happen less frequently.
