Hi. Recently, I bought two items called “Messy Bun Hair - Zara Larsson” and “Flower Hair - Zara Larsson” inside of the official “Zara Larsson Launch Party” event using my own Robux which I spent my money for. The first item which I bought was “Messy Bun Hair - Zara Larsson” UGC hair accessory which was successfully granted after I received the badge:
As you can see here, I successfully got the badge at 17:12:44 on 2nd of December, 2025:
As you can see here, I got the "Messy Bun Hair - Zara Larsson” UGC accessory at the exact same time when the purchase was made and when the badge was granted:
I got it automatically granted by Roblox systems after making the purchase. It means that the event still worked, so I decided to purchase another item below.
After checking my inventory and seeing that the item was successfully granted, I decided to purchase another item from the same event which I didn’t receive. It was in exactly same day and minute when the previous purchase was made:

As you can see, the purchase was made 11 seconds before my first purchase which was successful. I got the badge, but I didn’t receive the item:

As you can see above, the item wasn’t successfully granted after getting the badge associated with it. It means that Roblox unlinked the badge from the item or something was bugged or wrong.
I tried to get the item by contacting Roblox support, but I didn’t get any result (I made 20+ tickets in the last 31 days and all of them are ignored):
I want to get the item which I paid for using Robux and my own money. Every single ticket I make gets ignored, but other items from that event are working and are being successfully granted, but items starting with flower… (example: “Flower Crown - Zara Larsson” or “Flower Hair - Zara Larsson”) are having some issues. If I got the first item successfully, it means that the event is still running, so it’s not my fault for buying the second item which Roblox system didn’t grant to me automatically. I had the same issues before here: Roblox event stopped giving items that can be purchased using Robux (support doesn't help) and here: I purchased five event UGC items but received nothing because event got disabled after my second purchase. Support won't help, but as you can see, they all got resolved:
I really want that item. I purchased ALL of the items in that event and got only the items that don’t start with flower in their name. Emotes in that event aren’t being granted as well. I bought one in the event and didn’t receive it as well, so I’ll make a topic about it soon.

All of that 4 items are granted successfully, but that 170 Robux emote is missing.

As you can see, I have to buy that emote even after I got a badge for it. It wasn’t granted because of a bug in the event.

Please, grant me the missing item (“Flower Hair - Zara Larsson”) and the missing emote (“Hips Poppin’ - Zara Larsson”). I spent 260 Robux in total on them to get nothing.
Oh again, forgot to mention. Please, grant me both these badges because I own the emotes themselves. I got a badge in Halloween Spotlight randomly without joining the event because I purchased a red scythe on the back and didn’t get a badge and the item. It was randomly granted with the item after the event ended, so I think that Roblox staff can grant badges as well.

Expected behavior
I hope Roblox staff will grant me the missing item (“Flower Hair - Zara Larsson”), missing emote (“Hips Poppin’ - Zara Larsson”) and two missing badges (I have the emotes themselves, but event doesn’t grant the badges automatically) which I paid for like they did before.
I don’t want to wait for weeks. Please, grant me the missing stuff within at least 3 days.

. Some of events with paid UGC items are broken, so you can still get some paid items from an event while the rest of them will be bugged. Absolute scam.
