Expected behavior
When I upload a video on this interface, this always happens. I have robux in my account, but it always fails after I click upload.

That error usually shows up when your account is moderated — like when asset creation fails or you no longer have access to the account. Even changing your location with a VPN can block access. So maybe try refreshing the page, just in case something went wrong…
AFAIK, you can only upload files under 10MB to the DevForum. I was getting the same error too when I tried uploading a video larger than 10MB. 
That’s a separate program with a different application process, and it’s not really connected to the unusual issue you’re dealing with right now. Just follow the steps for that one — no need to mix it in here. 
Just because I want to upload this video to participate in this Pilot, but I have tried many times and almost every day to upload this video, but I still can’t upload it, so I want to ask if there are other ways to upload this video to participate in this
