I am trying to make a skateboard without using free models. I want to use updated code (so not from 2007 lol), while having a smooth, non-laggy experience and also using R15.
I have never made vehicles before and don’t know where to start.

Instead of re-inventing the wheel you should probably take a look at how some of the official skateboard gear released by Roblox works.
I don’t really understand Roblox gear and also, a lot of Roblox gears are very old and use slow, deprecated code.
They do, but the logic is still relevant.
And how would I go about making the skateboard work on mobile as well?
