I want to share my recent experience to warn others.
I was approached by two users who appeared to be developers. They offered to buy my donate game for 4500 Robux. We agreed that I would transfer the game first via a Roblox group, and they would pay right after.
Unfortunately, after I transferred the game, they never paid me. They stopped replying and kept the game for free.
I won’t mention names due to forum rules, but I want to make sure others don’t fall into the same trap:
Never transfer your game or group before receiving Robux.
Use secure middlemen if you don’t know the person.
Keep all chat logs and screenshots.
I have already reported both users to Roblox Support with full proof.
Please stay safe and double-check who you’re trading with.
Yeah, sucks that ts happened to u and i hope roblox does something about it, at least get you your game back. BUT, thanks for posting this, that way ppl know stuff like this do happen.
Anyways, goodluck with getting your game back or getting these two banned
knowing roblox they probably wont do alot or just warn them and tbh don’t sell you’re game unless you’re not for the long run cause then you get the fame
As a tip for others, before doing business with people make sure to look up their username in online scamlogs such as HiddenDevs. Also, if their join date is recent, probably also a red flag.
