While the account has minor prior infractions on record, all past violations were trivial and long resolved, and every creation published under this account following those incidents has consistently complied with Roblox Community Standards. The sweeping permanent restriction imposed on this primary account constitutes disproportionate collateral punishment triggered merely by its connection to an unrelated secondary account experience operated without the holder’s awareness.
