Introduction

:icecream: Welcome to this section of our handbook! This is where you find out what the rules are. Please follow them unless it will go to sincere consequences.

Discord Rules:

Rule 1: No Swearing

Icesy does not allow swearing here mainly because we are a family friendly server. If you break this rule, you may get a 5 hour mute depending on the situation.

Rule 2: No Spamming

Here at Icesy Parlour, we do not allow spamming mainly because it can lag people’s devices. For minor spamming, you will get a 2 hour and 30 minute mute depending on how much you spammed. For major spamming, you may receive a 2 day ban depending on the situation.

Rule 3: Do not be mean

At Icesy, we do not allow anyone being unkind. Being unkind may give you a 3 day ban depending on how unkind you were. If you try to ruin Icesy’s reputation, you will be blacklisted no matter the rank. At Icesy, kindness is a priority.

Rule 4: No copypasta

Here at Icesy, we do not allow any copypasta into our server as this falls in the spamming category. This would be something like “If you do not send this in 5 more servers, you will die in 24 hours”. This will get you an immediate 2 day ban. If you do it again, it will result in a blacklist. No exceptions.

Rule 5: No DM advertising or any form of advertising

At Icesy, we do not allow any advertising. This could be because nobody wants any servers in their DMs. You can DM advertise someone only if you ask them and they say yes. If they say no, do not send it. Being caught advertising will result in a 5 day ban. If you are a victim of someone DM advertising in Icesy, please report it to an Executive Director+.

Rule 6: No NSFW

As we are a family friendly server, please refrain from sending any NSFW. Sending any NSFW will result in an automatic blacklist.

Rule 7: No harassment

At Icesy, your safety is a priority. We do not allow any harassment. Any harassment will result in an immediate blacklist. If you are a victim of harassment, please report it to a Vice Chairperson+ to be dealt with.

:icecream: Welcome to this section of the Icesy handbook! Here at Icesy, we do allow second chances. If you’d like to appeal for a demotion or suspension, please DM a member of the Staffing department or the SHR team. If you’d like to appeal for a ban, please DM a member of the Staffing department to be forwarded to the SHR team or an SHR team member.

Demotion/Suspension Appeal

Introduction

:icecream: This is the section where you find out which rank is what. You can find out who to contact in this section. This is categorised in groups of five.

Customer

  • 1 | Hungry Customer: A regular customer of Icesy.
  • 2 | Noted Customer: A customer that is a former staff member. Only former Staff Assistants+ may claim this position.
  • 3 | Affiliate Representative: A representative for an Icesy affliliate.

Low Rank:

  • 4 | Trainee: A staff member awaiting to be trained. Achievable by passing the quiz at the quiz centre.
  • 5 | Junior Scooper: A staff member that has passed their training once.
  • 6 | Senior Scooper: A staff member that has passed all of their trainings.
  • 7 | Shift Leader: A staff member that has been recommended by a SA+ more than 3+ times. They have been recognised for their hard work by a JA+. You are required to have Discord to be qualified for this role.

Middle Rank:

  • 8 | Staff Intern: Achievable by passing our MR applications in our communications server.
  • 9 | Staff Assistant: MRs that have passed their MR trial. Also achievable by being recommended as a Shift Leader 5+ times by a Supervisor+. You are required to have Discord in order to be qualified for this role. Can only assist in training sessions. (Being a helper.)
  • 10 | Assistant Supervisor: Achievable by working hard as a SA and being recognised by a BoD+. Can assist in training sessions as well as have the role of trainer.
  • 11 | Supervisor: Achievable by being noticed by a BoD+. Can co-host, assist as well as train in sessions.
  • 12 | Staff Coordinator: Achievable by being noticed by a BoD+. Can host, co-host, assist as well as train in training sessions.

High Rank:

  • 13 | Administrative Assistant: Achievable by passing HR applications in our Discord server.
  • 14 | Junior Administrator: Achievable by passing HR trial or being noticed as a SC by an ED+. Can oversee, host, co-host, rank, train as well as assist in training sessions.
  • 15 | Senior Administrator: The same permissions as JA. Achievable by being noticed as a JA by a Executive Board+. Can co-lead departments.
  • 16 | Board of Directors: May promote all MRs. Can lead departments. Achievable by being noticed by an Executive Board+
  • Development Team: The developers and investors of Icesy. Hired by a lead developer, co-lead or Vice Chairperson+.

Super High Rank:

  • Executive Assistant: The trial SHRs of Icesy. Must be noticed by Vice Chairperson+ as a BoD. The people in this rank are on trial for 2 weeks and then the Chairwoman decides which rank they get based from their activity, professionalism, etc.
  • Executive Director: An Executive Assistant that passed their trial. Must be noticed by a Vice Chairperson+.
  • Executive Board: A senior member of the SHR team. Must be noticed by a Chairwoman+ as a ED.
  • Vice Chairperson: The co-owner of Icesy. Must be hired by a Chairwoman+.
  • Chairwoman/Chairman: The owners of Icesy.

Introduction

:icecream: This is the section where you find our affiliate requirements and application. Once you have filled out the application, fill it out on a google document and send it to a member of PRD.

Requirements:

:icecream: These are our affiliate requirements. If you meet them, you can apply. If you don’t meet them, you can still apply because we make exceptions fairly often!

  • 1250+ group members (Exceptions are allowed!)
  • Active communications server
  • Must not have a bad history. (Scamming, having drama with other groups, etc)
  • Professional & Organised communications server.
  • Must not sell SHR+ ranks. (You are allowed to sell LR, MR and HR ranks)

Affiliate Application

:icecream: This is the official affiliate application. If you do meet the requirements listed above, you may apply. If you don’t meet the requirements listed above, you may not apply until you have resolved these issues. (This does exclude group members as we make exceptions on that.) You must fill this application out in a Google Document and then DM the link to a member of the PRD. (The members are listed in the section below.)
