Rank Information

Premium Skater: A member of the group, a skater, and an audience. They can apply for a Trainee.

Industry Icon: Friends of leadership team, and users who are well-known in the community.

Trainee: After applying at our in-game quiz center, trainees can work and has the ability to be a receptionist and serve at our food area and has limited access to theatre operations. They can pick any of the four staff roles below.

Receptionist: Official staff member that assists our players to get a ticket at the ice skating rink, and serves several Icesy delicacies at the food area and at the theatre. They can change to other roles at anytime by attending a training.

Instructor: Official staff member that has the powers to grant a few exclusive skating tricks. By using keybinds/skill combos, they have the power to unlock a figure skating trick of someone after mastering. Free-granting exclusive skating tricks are NOT allowed.

Set Designer: Official staff member that has access to F3X (BTools) and can build at the free building area or at the theatre. Inappopriate/troll build are NOT allowed, and doing so will lead to revoking your rank.

Performer: Official staff member that is considered actors at the theatre or at the Ice Skating rink. They work together with the other crew members to deliver an exceptional performance.

Senior Staff: Can be achieved by either achieving 300 points or attending all the trainings for all roles. For instance, if you attended 3 trainings and you mastered the last role, you are promoted to Senior Staff.

Supervisor: Individuals who have demonstrated professionalism and dedication that they are the subject matter expert of Icesy. They assist all staff in the ice skating rink. They can host ice skating competition with approval of the management. This rank is subject and obliged to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Limit: 50 (subject to changes)

Manager: Second rank of Middle rank. They can now host shifts, trainings. This rank is subject and obliged to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Limit: 30 (subject to changes)

Coordinator: Last Middle rank. All lower ranks will be looking up to you and you are the subject matter expert of the management team as you are more aware of the expectations at the ice skating rink and daily theatre operations. This rank is subject and obliged to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Limit: 20 (subject to changes)

Executive Assistant: First department role and HR rank. In order to ensure activity and commitment to this role, they are assigned to Staffing or Operations, where they must fulfill their responsibilities on a regular basis.
Limit: 8-16 combined with Executive Board

Executive Board: Tenured department member that showed expertise in their role as a department member.
Limit: 8-16 combined with Executive Assistant

Managing Officer: Co-lead of their assigned department. Users with this position are selected by the higher ups, for their experience and expertise in their department role. They ensure that they assist their respective lead ensuring their department operations within Icesy run smoothly.
Limit: 4

Executive Director: Lead of their assigned department. They are selected by the leadership team, where they are familiar with their department daily operations ensuring all department operations within Icesy run smoothly.
Limit: 2

Game Engineer: Individuals that work on the game full time to provide the best experience possible for our players.
Limit: Subject to owner’s discretion

Project Director: Counts as lead developer, they are an individual that assists the Owner in marketing, operations, and development. This individual plays a part in ensuring that the development team operates smoothly on a daily basis.

Vice President: First leadership rank. These individuals oversee one department and help make major decisions for Icesy.
Limit: 2

President: Final leadership rank. These individuals oversee all departments and and help make major decisions for Icesy.
Limit: 2

Co-Owner: Co-owner of this establishment. This rank is unobtainable.

Owner: Owner of this establishment. This rank is unobtainable.

Alliance Guide

We truly appreciate your interest in collaborating within our establishment. We are more than happy to collaborate and explore the possibilities that the two groups may achieve together. In order to form a partnership with us, you must match our criteria. Please read below for what is expected of the group before you fill out an application. Requirements are subject to change.

  • Your ROBLOX group must acquire 150+ non-botted members.
  • Your Discord member count must exceed 250 members minimum, and not be an off-ratio from your ROBLOX group.
  • The group may not be a military group, fan server, or any type of non-industry group.
  • Your group must comply with the ROBLOX and Discord ToS.
  • You must not have a bad reputation within the ROBLOX platform such as scamming, free ranking, and poor behavior from high ranks.
  • Your group must not sell ranks with administrative powers. (e.g: Middle Rank and above)
  • Your main game must have a minimum 15 concurrent players. If you do not have a game yet but believes to have this CCU possible frequently, this is accepted.
  • We expect your corporation to be active. This includes structured Discord server, awesome community, and activity.

QUESTIONS:
Upon applying, please make sure to have the following questions answered on a document. After completing the document, you can either send it to a member of our Operations department, or create a ticket on our community server under the #open-a-ticket channel. Once this is completed, please allow us 1-7 days to review your application.

  • Links to your group + communications server
  • Why do your establishment find Icesy interesting as an ally?
  • Why is your group looking for a partnership with Icesy?
  • How can both groups benefit each other? What are you looking for at Icesy?
  • There are lots of groups that have the same traits as your group. What makes your group different from others?
  • Tell us something about your leaders’ philosophy and commitment about the group.
  • How active is your group?
  • Do you agree that we may terminate, or blacklist your group if we encounter any occurences that may affect the business of both your group and Icesy?
  • Please provide us 2-3 representatives that we may contact.
Ban Appeals

Banned due to inappropriate behavior within the premises? We do give second chances to those who can prove themselves worthy of being unbanned.

  • Appeals are made at (icesyskating) community. Open a ticket and share with us why you’re banned, why do you deserve to be unbanned, and how can you learn from your mistakes. Using AI in your responses are NOT allowed. You must wait 24-72 hours for the result, and Icesy may decline your appeal. If your appeal is declined, you may reapply for appeal after a week.
Promotion Guide

Trainee: Attend a training after passing our application at the quiz center. To do so, join our community, then join the game “Get a Job at Icesy”. You must score 3/5 to pass!

Set Designer, Performer, Receptionist, or Instructor: You must attend a training and pass it. Each server has 100 player limit. If there are more than 100 trainees each session, we may extend a second or third server. Otherwise, you must wait for the next training session. In the meantime while you wait, you have limited access to staff area, where you can master the basics and get familiar with the tools. You may also purchase the rank in-game.

Senior Staff: Attend training sessions for all roles, gain 300 points in-game, or buy a Senior Staff rank in-game.

Supervisor: In order to become a Supervisor, you must work hard for a promotions. All those who have the rank of Senior Staff may have the opportunity to be promoted to Supervisor rank. If you meet all of the following requirements below, you will be promoted when the time comes. Please keep in mind that there are multiple stages to go through after being promoted. If you don’t make it, you may try again!

Requirements and Tips:

  • Must be active, show hard work, and dedication towards the group.
  • You must be in our communications server and has the rank of a Senior Staff.
  • You must NOT have a safe chat.
  • You must have knowledge on how to use proper grammar.
  • You must have a good background and no moderation history within Icesy premises.
  • The higher the points, the greater the chances. We ideally look for someone who has 1,000 points.
  • Consistency and being productive is the key.
  • Mini-mod or pretending to be a supervisor is not recommended.
  • Hinting is NOT allowed in any form.
Training Sessions

Trainings are hosted daily at the “Get promoted at Icesy” game or by saying !train at the in-game chat of Ice Skating Roleplay! To determine when the next session is, you may check the in-game session board for how many hours and when are the next training session. Here are the session times:

  • 12AM EST
  • 3AM EST
  • 10AM EST
  • 1PM EST
  • 4PM EST
  • 7PM EST
  • 10PM EST
