ABOUT
We are a new development studio striving to achieve the best in ROBLOX. We take commissions for our work, and distribute those earnings to our dedicated staff. We have recently taken on two separate full map commissions, from a UK-Based RoNation, and a brand new USA RoNation. We believe this is a perfect opportunity for developers to grow their name, and by being a part of Icon you will reap the benefits as we move along.

THE JOB
We are looking for people to fill the above roles. All of these are permanent positions. Following the completion of more commissions, we will be beginning to create our own game as well. Meaning, there will never be a dull day! We have an amazing team of genuinely nice people. Your role will be to work on commissions with the rest of the team, and help push Icon Studios to it’s full potential.
REQUIREMENTS
Unfortunately there are some requirements to these positions, as follows;
- Must be aged 13 or above.
- Must have a Discord account.
- Must be able to work as a team, and independently.
- Must be prepared to meet deadlines.
CURRENT/FUTURE PROJECTS
Washington D.C, USA (Realistic build style)
Cheshire (UK, Realistic build style)
Sea of Thieves style game (Low poly)
PAYMENTS
When a commission comes in, we share set percentages with our full team. We do not pay in Robux except for special circumstances, due to the 30% fee. All payments are made in USD via PayPal. All members will get 10% shares on commissions, with 20% going to the studio. In addition to this, when we reach a release stage of our own game, our development team will receive a percentage of its income too.

Please note: Icon Studios requires all developers sign a contract via Google Documents stating the agreed payments and Icon Studios Terms & Conditions. This can be reviewed and modified prior to signing.
