Idling in Team Create Locks Out Other Developers

When one developer leaves their Roblox Studio running for >48 hours straight in the same Team Create file, there’s a chance that anyone else attempting to join that Studio gets locked out with the following (or similar) error message:

Specifics:

  • Has happened on multiple Team Create experiences
  • Has happened on a multitude of different systems (all Windows based)
  • No errors/log files other than the above image, next time it happens (hard to replicate) I can ask one of our developers to include log files.
  • Potentially related to Studio Updating and version differences?
  • The issue resolves when all developers close the Team Create experience and re-open it after ~10-15 seconds.

Expected behavior

Developers expect to be able to enter Team Create at any time.

We shipped a fix for this. This should not recur anymore. Please follow up if this comes up again.

Hello, this issue has popped up for me again today. I’ve last experienced this issue a month ago, just before this bug report was made.
Our Team Create server has also been kept up for at least 24 hours, presumably more than 48 hours.
