I'm getting crashes and hangs almost daily

This probably started around two weeks ago. At seemingly random points studio will either stop responding and never recover or outright crash (and has started happening almost daily):

Sometimes it’ll occur when I try and select or open a script/instance in the explorer and other times it’ll happen when I’m not even doing anything (just AFK in Studio). I cannot find any sort of reproduction. It seems to happen anywhere in Studio. Can’t upload da reproduction place because I don’t have a repro.
