I'm trying to make a map filled with smoke but I can't figure out how

I’m working on an adventure kind of game and I’m trying to make a map where it is a foggy forest. I’ve tried placing random parts around the map and putting the smoke effect on them but that’s not working. I’ve also tried particle emitters but those haven’t worked either.

Can anybody tell me another solution?

Add a custom skybox, then add the Atmosphere instance to Lighting in your explorer.

also maybe you could increase the fogend property of lighting
