When uploading bundles, at the “Generating bundle ID…” screen, it will stop for 2-3 minutes before giving me a non descriptive error
This doesn’t affect uploading any other kinds of assets, including heads. I am also unable to upload them to groups.
Hey there. Sorry you are running into problems.
Do you by chance have (non-head) body part meshes skinned to bones in the head (e.g. FACS controls)? If yes, I suggest changing the skinning to use the neck bone, instead of other bones in the head. If that’s not the case for your model, feel free to DM your model to me and I can take a look.
It doesn’t seem like this is relevant to my issue. I keep a copy of all my bundles I’ve made, and attempting to make a bundle with any of the ones I’ve made before will still result in the same error. I can still provide a copy of one of my bundles for you if needed, though. It was sent in your DMS.
I have this exact same issue and certain bundles work, some do not despite completely passing all validation checks.

I am receiving multiple random errors, and it also takes its while on the ‘uploading body parts’ step now.
This is unrelated to this issue, Roblox is having an outage:

It appears that this issue has been resolved, the bundle that I was unable to upload has successfully been uploaded.
