Once I’ve submitted a image onto roblox, and I can start working with it, the image’s transparency is filled in once I’ve converted it into roblox. I need a workaround for this, as that specific part needs to be transparent.

Your image, if it contains any transparency as the background, needs to be uploaded as a .png if you want it to keep those transparencies.
It is indeed a .png file. Still converts it without the transparencies as needed.
Could you try setting image background transparency to 1? Thats a property IIRC
