Despite being completely eligible, meeting all the requirements, we are for some reason not having any ads get displayed within our game but when i check other games that have immersive ads enabled, they seem to have no issue with having them loaded.
for example:

BTW, low amount of ads at this current time cannot be the issue, as shown from the first image, that game has many, many ad boards displayed to the player and all seem to be successful for providing an ad to the user, however for our game, i have not once seen an ad present
2 days later, still in the same problem, not having any ads get displayed within the game. I have had me and my developers try for multiple days to see if there is any sign of ads within the game however no luck, could this please be fixed because as i had said previously, low ad demand cannot be the problem due to another game successfully serving many ads at once compared to ours.
i had the same issue, it took around 2 weeks for them to actually activate
