I am experiencing an issue where Immersive Ads do not load or display at all in my game and at least one other game, even after waiting the required minimum delay. The first Immersive Ad should be eligible to display after at least 60 seconds from player entry and other one’s after respawn or rejoin. However, no ads appear even after extended waiting periods, which prevents proper ad monetization. Even when I’m eligible to see and use Immersive Ads (sometimes I see few impressions from my Ads but its not loading for all people)
Step-by-Step Instructions to Reproduce:
• Launch Roblox and search for the game “Free Admin Funny and exciting obby”.
• Join the game as a player.
• Wait at least 60 seconds (or longer, up to 5 minutes) while engaging in basic gameplay (e.g., moving around or completing simple tasks).
• Observe that no Immersive Ad loads or interrupts gameplay as expected.
This issue also occurs in another game.
•

•
Screenshot from another game demonstrating the same issue
The screenshot shows several impressions, according to the online active players every day 30-40

• RAM: 16 GB (2 slots of 8 GB each)

Not applicable, as this appears to be a platform-wide issue reproducible in published games without custom scripts.
Expected behavior
When a player enters the game, after at least 60 seconds of gameplay, an Immersive Ad should load and display optionally (skippable and non-blocking), allowing for proper integration without disrupting the experience. This would fix problem for developers to monetize effectively while adhering to Roblox’s standards.
