Importing from Blender Scaling Reference

Quick numbers to bookmark if you work with blender

1 METER IN BLENDER IS

IMPORT INTO STUDIO AS STUD SIZE IN ROBLOX
MM 2
CM 20
METER 200
STUD 100
FOOT 609.6
INCH 50.8

I don’t know why this is such a headache. You’d think importing “as stud” would be 1:1, but a 1M cube comes out to 100 studs when importing “as stud”. If your blender sets CM as default unit, you have to import as stud, not as CM to get 1:1 scaling.

HOW TO CHANGE IMPORT AS UNIT IN ROBLOX STUDIO
After importing your mesh, when in import tab

i believe this is because canonically roblox characters are tiny little lego guys so a hollowed out one meter block is like a billion dollar mansion to them or something idk i forgot how long a meter is
