Roblox has a known bug that makes it impossible to report recent violations in the V&A Portal (Log in to Roblox), mentioned by staff themselves here:
Roblox staff offered a solution to appeal any sanction that does not show up in the support portal. Despite this, Roblox email support refuses every time. First they redirect us back to the Roblox appeals page, and even when we correct them and point to the known issue, they refuse to provide any further information and close the ticket on the matter. This is incredibly frustrating, as our game has been down for more than two weeks and we have emailed countless times with no success.
We also tried contacting DevRel, and were told to address it with Roblox Support, yet we hit the same wall: Roblox Support is unwilling to provide any further help, shutting down the possibility to appeal our game AT ALL, leaving us with no option.

Expected behavior
If everything worked correctly, every sanction applied to our experience would appear under Recent violations in the V&A Portal, giving us a working appeal option for each one. & Support letting us appeal as told.
