In-game reports & Illegal Content reports unanswered for weeks; support ticket ignored

I want to raise an issue with how ToS-violating games are being moderated, or rather, not being moderated, even after clear reports with instructions on how to access the offending content.

I can’t share more specifics here without risking the owners of the games in question becoming aware that I reported them, so I’ll keep this general. But I’ve submitted multiple reports through official channels and seen no action taken, despite giving clear steps on how to reproduce and verify the violation. And before anyone says that “maybe there just isn’t anything bad there,” I’ve seen people get warned/suspended for the same thing before.

For reference, here are the ticket and case IDs tied to these reports:

Email support tickets:

  • 183125435 first one which received to answer in a week,
  • 183547689 second one which received a standard bot answer and was subsequently closed.

Case IDs:

  • 7112006a-eaa9-4ab3-9d39-d1178d3562fc
  • 8dc88346-528a-4bcb-8564-860ad48260c9
  • 878658fb-6cdf-4d19-b572-85af57afaeb8
  • 7f758c8a-f184-485c-a749-aeaa72a0ffe3

The auto-mod that verified those cases had determined that there is no violation taking place, when there clearly is.

It’s not fair to selectively enforce the rules, letting some games break ToS and grow faster because of it while others that actually comply get left behind or penalized. If the rules apply to everyone, they need to be enforced the same way for everyone. The games have been breaking ToS and Child Safety Laws for months.

My point with this post is to hopefully have a baseline established. Can we all collectively break ROBLOX ToS and escape scot free? Or only popular developers get (many) get out of jail free cards just because they’re popular.

my apologies for pinging you, @Caelestene , but i’ve seen other people ping you with moderation issues and enforcement on this platform.
