Restaraunt Expectations
All individuals are expected to adhere to the rules outlined below. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, which can range from server removal to a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the infraction. Please understand that warnings are not always provided; in most cases, you will receive one notice to correct your behavior, and continued disregard for the rules will lead to immediate removal from the server.
1. Trolling: Trolling constitutes any deliberate attempt to disrupt operations, provoke individuals, or undermine the intended environment. Such conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Examples of trolling include, but are not limited to:
- Transmitting offensive, inappropriate, or inflammatory communications
- Exploiting game mechanics, bugs, or glitches for disruptive purposes
- Intentionally interfering with gameplay, service, or workflow
- Attempting to place orders for items not present on the official menu
- Standing, dancing, or engaging in inappropriate conduct on counters, tables, or other service areas
- Misusing ROBLOX 3D Layered Clothing, including wearing excessively oversized or distorted items

2. Spamming: Spamming entails the repeated sending of unwanted or redundant messages within the chat and/or extremely long messages, to disrupt gameplay.
REGULATORY INTERVENTION: Remind/Kick or Server Ban
3. Bypassing: Bypassing is the act of bypassing the Roblox chat filter in order to distribute inappropriate or prohibited information in the server, avoiding ROBLOX’s Terms of Service to keep players safe from certain language and behavior.
REGULATORY INTERVENTION: Permanent Ban
4. Exploiting: Exploiting constitutes the use of unauthorized methods to cheat, break the game’s mechanics, or disrupt others’ experiences. This violates both Roblox’s Terms of Service and Inaka’s community rules. Any exploitation will result in immediate removal without warning. Examples of exploiting include, but are not limited to:
- Glitching through walls or barriers
- Modifying stats like speed, jump power, or health
- Flying, teleporting, or no-clipping
- Using third-party scripts or external software

5. Leaking/IP Leaking: Leaking refers to the unauthorized sharing or distribution of private, confidential information. IP leaking specifically involves exposing a player’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, putting their security and privacy at risk.

The management and leadership team of Inaka retains the absolute authority to impose additional moderation measures on both players and staff in order to preserve the safety, integrity, and welcoming nature of the community.

This document details the roles, expectations, and permissions of LR staff at Inaka and the classifications of LR, MR, HR, and Presidential ranks.

Trainee: To become a trainee, you must join the Application Center [WIP] and complete the Trainee quiz. This is NOT considered a staff rank at Inaka, nor do you have the ability to serve customers or prepare food, as the role is made solely to ensure LR aspirants have basic and necessary knowledge to properly complete trainings.
MINIMAL POINT REQUIREMENT: N/A
Junior Chef: Junior Chef is the first LR position at Inaka. As a Junior Chef, you’re able to serve customers, prepare dishes, and perform all basic low-ranking tasks. To achieve this position, you must attend one of our scheduled trainings documented in the Training Information tab.
MINIMAL POINT REQUIREMENT: N/A
Hibachi Chef: Hibachi Chef is the second LR position at Inaka. In this position, you’re able to do everything Junior Chefs do while being one step closer to a managerial position. To achieve this rank, you must reach the point threshold and join the game, if already active: reset.
MINIMAL POINT REQUIREMENT: 200
Senior Chef: Senior Chef is the third LR position at Inaka. In this position, you’re able to do everything Hibachi Chefs do while being one step closer to a managerial position. To achieve this rank, you must reach the point threshold and join the game, if already active: reset.
MINIMAL POINT REQUIREMENT: 500
Hibachi Master: Hibachi Master is the last LR position at Inaka. In this position, you’re eligible to be recommended for or apply to the management team; as a Hibachi Master, you’re expected to serve as role models for lower ranks through the use of professionalism and extensive restaurant knowledge. To achieve this rank, you must reach the point threshold or purchase the Hibachi Master [WIP] gamepass. To update your rank, simply rejoin the game.
MINIMAL POINT REQUIREMENT: 750
STAFF INTERNS:
In order to become a Staff Intern at Inaka, you must work diligently for a promotion. Those ranked Hibachi Master are the ONLY rank eligible to be recommended by members of our management team, or to fill out applications when released. If you meet all of the internal qualifications and serve as an outstanding member of the community, Inaka’s recruitment team will review your character and deem you a potential member of the management team. Ensure you understand that there is a multitude of stages you must go through once you’ve received a recommendation or a passing application before receiving your rank as a Staff Intern. If you fail to complete the process, you’re more than welcome to try again in the future.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be active within Inaka’s establishments.
- Must NOT have safechat.
- Must be a Hibachi Master and present within the communications server.
- Your account must be a minimum of 60 days old.
- Must have no prior negative relations within Inaka or other ROBLOX establishments.
TIPS:
- Maintain consistent activity within the restaurant: ~15 minutes daily.
- Be present and aware while working, do not minute farm the restaurant: if you’re caught doing so, you may be subject to evaluation and possible termination from your rank.
- Do not mini-mod.
- Do not hint towards promotion when interacting with members of the management team.
- Show knowledge of correct grammar and maintain consistent and professional usage.
Training Information
Currently, Inaka does not have any active trainings as we’re yet to open. Although, once we launch we’ll have scheduled trainings hosted at the same times daily in the Training Center [WIP].

Please note that Inaka has the authority to cancel/delay sessions at any point at our discretion. If such events take place, you will be notified prior through our communications and group wall. Sessions will unlock [TBD] minutes prior to the beginning of the session. If you are to join after XX:00, the server will be locked and you will be dismissed.
Ban Appeals
There are multiple reasons in which one may get banned; when breaking any of the following guidelines listed in Restaurant Expectations or within our community server, you put yourself at risk of receiving a ban. If you believe that you’ve been issued a faulty or fraudulent ban from any of the following, please follow the instructions below.
Game Ban: If you’ve been permanently banned from any of Inaka’s facilities, such as the restaurant, training center, or event center, you can open a support ticket within our communications server. A member of our discipline team will promptly converse with you and provide you with a form to appeal said ban. Please keep in mind that we have the absolute authority to deny any appeal request, despite the reasoning.
Communications Ban: If you’ve been banned from our communications server, you’re able to DM one of our disciplinary leads, [username], or a member of Inaka’s leadership members listed in Contact Information, please ensure you’re prepared to complete a form to appeal your ban. Please keep in mind that we have the absolute authority to deny any appeal request, despite the reasoning.
Please understand that you get ONE appeal for each ban denomination. If your appeal is accepted and you’re banned once more, you are ineligible to appeal again.
