Included on Someone Else's Private Moderation Note

I was included in a private message on someone else’s moderation note here on the DevForum. It doesn’t look like I was added by the other person, but rather that the system added me to the PM automatically.

The PM is about language [profanity] in a public category for a post I didn’t make.

Maybe there’s a manual way for moderators to add someone else to a PM without the ‘@username was added’ messages in PMs.
Or, maybe the person who made the post replied to me and the system got something wrong. I’m unsure.

The link below goes to the moderation private message. The other user who made the post is included on the PM.

Expected behavior

I expect to not be added to someone else’s moderation note.
Or, if I’m supposed to be there, a reason noted in the moderation note someone.

I assume this is a bug.

Nevermind / Update: I was taken off the PM. It now reads as private to me.
