Inconsistent or missing 'Off Sale' display in Marketplace

When checking around the Catalog / Avatar Shop / Marketplace I noticed that not all items statuses are displayed equally.

You can see the price in robux when an item is available, it reads ‘free’ when the item can be taken for free and it reads ‘off sale’ when the item isn’t for sale. Then a lot of the time there’s these items that don’t show anything.

Only upon clicking these statusless items it tells you ‘This item is not currently for sale.’ , despite not displaying the ‘Off Sale’ status.

Not sure if this is related to other missing elements for items, such as:
