A few days ago I uploaded audio from this album MystiCom, which as itself should be royalty free, but even if its not my school has the Universal Production Music license. I uploaded 9 tracks and one of them got moderated, so I submitted a support ticket. Radio silence after that, which I presume to be a silent rejection. I woke up today to find out 6 of the tracks got moderated, so I tried to punch in another support ticket:
Hello. Multiple audio files I submitted were removed. These asset ID’s include: 75553204002298, 84459827729877, 140453446213161, 82114883352475, 114719815074513, 131865346556182. These audios are from an album that is royalty free (MystiCom by 3Monkeys), so they never should have been moderated. It is a newer album, so I understand if there was confusion. In addition to that, my school has a license for a website that contains this album as part of its discography, so if need be I can prove that I have a license to use these. Please let me know either way, so I know if I need to look for new music.
And this one will not go through, likely because my old ticket hasn’t been resolved.
I think this audio was removed for sounding similar to existing tracks, because if the album itself had been copyrighted, they would have all been removed.
Hopefully someone on the moderation team can see this and let me know why those audios were removed, or help me put them back in.
Thanks for your ears
