Incorrect exchange rate

So I have literally drained my whole account so all the robux that my account holds are after September 5th, but I am still being exchanged at the old rate (see image)

So what’s happening here? How do I cash out at the new rate when all of my robux are earned after September 5th?

Edit: I cashed out all of my robux at the old rate already, this is the 2nd time that’s happening.

Thanks for reporting. This is a duplicate issue with Robux being exchanged at the old rate despite being earned after September 5th
