Incorrect Experience Age Rating (Minimal Questionnaire Result but Experience Shows 16+)

Experience: Color Goal Battle | Juega en Roblox

My experience is being incorrectly displayed as 16+, even though the Content Maturity Questionnaire returns a Minimal rating.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the experience’s Content Maturity Questionnaire.
  2. Complete the questionnaire following Roblox’s official guidelines.
  3. The questionnaire indicates the experience should receive a Minimal age rating.
  4. Save and publish the changes.
  5. Visit the experience page and check the displayed age rating.

Actual Result

The experience is displayed as 16+ instead of Minimal.

Expected Result

The experience should display the same age rating returned by the questionnaire (Minimal).

Additional Information

  • The experience is designed for players of all ages and does not contain content that would justify a 16+ rating.
  • I have reviewed the questionnaire multiple times and confirmed that all answers correspond to a Minimal rating.
  • This incorrect rating is limiting the experience’s visibility and accessibility.
  • I have spent Robux promoting this experience, so this issue is negatively affecting a paid promotion.

Visual Aids

I have attached screenshots showing:

  • The questionnaire result indicating Minimal.
  • The experience page displaying 16+.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • Google Chrome (latest version)

I wrote to Roblox support and they didn’t help me solve the problem; I’ve already restarted the quiz more than twice

Expected behavior

The experience’s published age rating should match the result of the Content Maturity Questionnaire. Since the questionnaire returns a Minimal rating, the experience should also be displayed as Minimal on its game page instead of 16+. Any updates to the questionnaire should be correctly reflected after saving and publishing the experience.

Heya!

Are you sure you’re game is eligible for all ages? Seems like Roblox Support made a mistake clarifying how it works

This used to be the case but unfortunately the system has been changed since. The questionaire alone does not determine the age rating and at default your game will be available for 16+

There’s 2 specific requirements to be met:

  • Account reach (Which you already are eligible)
  • Game Reach

Game reach requires you to pay an 1,000 robux fee + get 500 highly engaged players in the past 60 days or pay 100,000 robux to skip this fee and get a review early. Considering your game got less than 100 visits, i don’t think the requirements for all ages are met yet

More info about your audience reach eligibility is shown on this page:

Hope this helps!

Where do I have to pay?

If you got an active subscription then you seem to be already exempt from the fee. However, you do need to get 500 highly engaged players (the bar at the bottom)

Hope that helps

Hello! Soundmoji is correct, based on the screenshot it seems that you don’t meet the requirement for Highly Engaged Players. You can read more about the requirements here: Roblox Kids and Select | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub

I’m going to close this bug report. Let us know if you encounter any more issues.
